DUNE Division
The Angels of Death walk as one people, bound by duty and the shared fire of the game. To walk with us in the deep desert of war, you must come prepared—not only in spirit, but in the tools of survival. Our Clan survives the trials of the desert through unity, purpose, and understanding. But words are cheap and the desert can be costly, here's what you'll need to walk the sands of Arrakis with AOD:
The Voice Must Carry — Discord Required
- Discord is our sietch, our home where we gather in the shadows of the dunes. You must dwell there when you take to battle, so we know you walk among us. Stray winds may carry you to other tribes now and then—we understand—but return often. And invite outsiders to see how true warriors fight. (We have accessibility options for those who are hearing impaired.)
You Must Walk the Forums
- The forums are our map and our ledger, the written memory of the tribe. Without a forum account, you are unmarked—unseen. You must register, for it is your key to the inner sietch: it unlocks access to member-only areas both in Discord and on the forums. Without it, you cannot be recruited, promoted, or known among us. Guard your login as you would guard your stillsuit—without it, survival is uncertain.
The Code is Law
- Our word is our bond. The AOD Code of Conduct is not a suggestion—it is the stone foundation of our tribe. Disregard it, and the sand will swallow your name. Obey it, and you will stand tall among brothers and sisters. Fight with Honor or Do Not Fight at All. We do not poison the well. We do not cheat, exploit, or walk paths that would bring shame to our name. We win through skill, not trickery. If you seek victory by dishonor, the desert will not have you.
Be Calm Like the Deep Desert
- The wind may howl, but the sand remains steady. We are warriors, not quarrelers. We welcome those who walk with maturity, but no one under the age of sixteen may join our ranks. Age alone does not grant wisdom—your conduct must show it. Keep your emotions tempered and your words sharp but fair. If your behavior strays, your guide will speak with you—not to scold, but to help you find your footing once more in the tribe.
Respect the Ranks, as You Would Respect Shai-Hulud
- We are not a Mil-Sim, but we are structured. Those who bear the ranks of Trainer and above are leaders for a reason. Heed their words. If their guidance feels unjust, raise your concern with honor—one rank at a time. Do not leap the chain. A tribe survives because its voice flows upward, not chaotically.
We Are Old Blood — We Do Not Scheme, We Do Not Spy
- We do not crawl in shadows to gather whispers. We stand in the sun, blades out. If you come to us bearing tales from your old clan, keep them. If you come to spy, know that we see more than you think. We do not troll. We do not play games outside the battlefield. We are here to fight, to laugh, to win—and to do so with dignity.
